St. Louis, September 21, 2001: Savitar Inc. opened its doors this week in temporary South County offices. Staffed with former members of ITIVITI St. Louis, Savitar is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultancy, specialized in providing CRM software, business process enhancements, systems integration, and consulting services, specifically in the areas of Contact Center Operational Assessments, CRM Architecture, and CRM Technology Deployment. Savitar's goal is to provide businesses of all sizes with longer and stronger relationships with their clients.
Led by Joe Galloway, former CEO of ITIVITI Worldwide and Managing Director of CRM Solutions at EDS International, Savitar expects great success in the St. Louis marketplace. "Our dedication to the very specific area of CRM, along with years of experience and a quality delivery methodology, makes Savitar a serious competitor in the delivery of CRM solutions," said Galloway. When asked about beginning such an enterprise in St. Louis, Galloway stated, "The region has a proven ability to attract new businesses, as in the bio-tech firms, and we believe the St. Louis regional area will continue that trend. The factors that made St. Louis attractive to ITIVITI are the same factors that keep us here - a strong sense of community, and an equally strong desire among the business community to support newcomers with their patronage. Savitar, as a service organization, is ahead of the curve, offering a unique consultancy to St. Louis. We trust St. Louis to reward that ingenuity and dedication to the region."
Savitar's Mission Statement:
