Securicor selects eWare as CRM platform for client acquisition and retention drive

London - May 17th, 2002 eWare, the CRM solutions provider, announces today that Securicor Security Ltd has selected eWare's CRM software to support staff in sales, marketing and operational roles.

Securicor is one of the UK's leading providers of security services, providing specialist expertise in the area of integrated security solutions. To maintain this leadership position, Securicor is investing in key CRM technology to increase the number of prospects and improve the conversion rate of these prospects into leads. This is the first step of a global strategy focusing on this area.

Securicor undertook a thorough investigation of the CRM market. They were keen to find a solution that would quickly 'slot' into the business and immediately add value to the sales team but also a solution that could scale up to a global rollout without currency or language issues.

eWare's technical architecture, workflow capabilities and ease of implementation were a perfect match for Securicor. The solution will initially be used within the sales department for better prospecting and a higher conversion rate to sales; data integrity will be aided through integration with both QAST (Quick Address Software) and OnesourceT (web-based business information). The solution will be used for extensive reporting and future phases will include integration to operational systems to streamline contract fulfilment.
